My stay at this hotel was far from the 5-star experience I was hoping for. The rooms were okay but quite dated, and the service was unfortunately very disappointing. The location is beautiful, but the lack of attention to detail in the upkeep of the facilities and the dining options left a lot to be desired. I've had better meals and service at much less expensive places. Overall, I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Riu Palace was absolutely amazing! The hotel is located in a stunning tropical garden and close to the pristine beach.
